Setting up a direct debit

Direct Debit is a simple, convenient way to pay your water bill, and can help you budget more easily.

Customers who have a bank account or certain building society accounts can pay using this method.

Your bank or building society will make your payments for you on time, saving you the cost of stamps and the trouble of writing out cheques or having to queue up in banks or Post Offices.

You can pay the whole bill by Direct Debit or monthly over 12 months – simply choose which option suits you best.

All you have to do is enter your postcode below for details of your nearest contact centre. Please make sure you have your bank account details and customer account number at the ready.

Alternatively you can download and print the form to complete and return it at your convenience.
