Paying your water bill is now more convenient than ever with a choice of seven different payment methods. These have been developed to suit a wide range of lifestyles and requirements.

Direct Debit is a simple, convenient way to pay, and can help you budget more easily.
To pay at the bank, complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and take it to any branch of Barclays Bank, or any branch of your own bank.
To make a payment by post, make your cheque payable to South East Water Limited and complete the payment slip at the bottom of the bill, and send it to South East Water Ltd.
We are developing our online payment service but at the moment this is limited to customers in certain areas. Please enter your postcode in the box above to see whether you are able to pay online.
You can pay in cash or by cheque at most Post Offices by completing the payment slip at the bottom of the bill.
Quick and simple. Just pick up the telephone, have your card and your customer account number at the ready.
This facility enables you to spread payments over a period of time, at an amount we have agreed with you.
