Paying your bill
Paying your water bill is now more convenient than ever with a choice of seven different payment methods. These have been developed to suit a wide range of lifestyles and requirements.
Our aim is to guide you through some simple steps to paying your bill. If you want to pay your bill on line follow the links below.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a simple, convenient way to pay, and can help you budget more easily.
Credit or Debit Card
Quick and simple. Just pick up the telephone, have your card and your customer account number at the ready. If your water account has a 7-digit customer reference number call 08458 50 60 60. If your water account has a 12 digit water account number call 0800 923 0351.
By post
To make a payment by post, make your cheque payable to South East Water Limited and complete the payment slip at the bottom of the bill, and send it to South East Water Ltd, Rocfort Road, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5AH.
Payment Card
This facility enables you to spread payments over a period of time, at an amount we have agreed with you.
OnlineClick here: If your water account has a 7 digit customer reference number. (like this: e.g. 123456-7 on the left, below your address on your bill).
Click here: If your water account has a 12 digit water account number. (top right of your bill).
Post Office
You can pay in cash or by cheque at most Post Offices by completing the payment slip at the bottom of the bill.
At the bank
To pay at the bank, complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and take it to any branch of Barclays Bank, or any branch of your own bank.
Difficulty Paying Your Bill?
At South East Water, we realise that some of our customers may experience difficulty in paying their water bill. It is important that you contact us immediately when you know you have a problem. If you are on a meter we may be able to offer financial assistance.
