Domestic Debt - How can we help

At South East Water, we recognise that sometimes you may experience difficulty in paying your water bill. If this happens to you, it is important that you contact us as soon as you know you have a problem. This is because the sooner you tell us you have a problem paying your bill, the more likely it is we will be able to help you.

has a large family of three children or more  or
a medical condition that requires the use of extra water
