If you can't quite tell if the leak is in the blue or green shaded area, scroll over the map and the area will magnify to help you see more clearly.

Have a look at the map to determine which area the leak is in. Why? Well, following the merger of South East Water and Mid Kent Water, we are still in the process of creating a single customer service centre.

To make sure we can process your enquiry more efficiently, please dial the numbers on the left according to the shaded area that the leak is located in. Leaks outside the blue or green shaded areas should be reported to the appropriate water company for that location.
