Pay by phone with credit / debit card
Quick, and simple and available 24 hours a day! Just pick up the telephone, have your card and your customer account number at the ready and call us on 0333 0000 247.
At the bank
To pay at your bank, complete the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and take it to any branch of HSBC, or any branch of your own bank.
At the Post Office
You can pay in cash or by cheque at most Post Offices by completing the payment slip at the bottom of the bill. Please note the Post Office will make a small charge.
Pay with PayPoint
PayPoint is a quick and easy way to pay for your water. PayPoint is available at most shops and is free of charge when you pay with cash at a PayPoint store.
To make a payment by post, make your cheque payable to South East Water Limited and complete the payment slip at the bottom of the bill. Post these to South East Water Ltd, Payment Processing Department, P O Box 305, Sheffield, S95 1AP.
