Whether on the go, at home or at work, our online portal allows you to manage your water account anywhere.

My Account replaces paper bills and gives you 24/7 access to your statements and payment plan information. You can also easily compare your water use with your efficient neighbours and find ways to help save water in your home.You can submit a meter reading and take care of multiple properties if needed too.

Registration is quick and easy. Simply head to My Account on the SEW website. There are two options to register:

1. Use your Facebook or Google account to sign in. Just click on sign in with Facebook or Google.

2. Tell us your account number, including the check digit at the end, your surname as it is on the account and your postcode. You'll then be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. Finally, you'll receive a verification email and be ready to take control of your account.

When you sign up for My Account keep your password safe. Your username and password will be personal to you, and we'll never ask for them. If you need to write your login information down, keep it in a safe place.
