How to notify us

To notify us of a bereavement, please enter your details in to the form on our online portal using the button below. You do not need any log in details on this occasion.

The form will ask for your details and a few details of the account holder. We'll then take care of the rest.

What happens next?

  • If there is someone still living in the property then we will change the name on the account. The account number and details will remain the same but all the bills going forward will be in the name of the person who is living at the property

  • If someone new is moving in to the property, we will close the account and send the final bill to the executor. We will then open a new account in the name of the new occupant.

  • If the property is empty, we will close the account and send the final bill to the executor.
