My Account FAQs

Are my details secure?

Yes. Your details are completely safe with us and you don't need to worry about anyone else having access to your personal information. We will never share your information with third parties or send you marketing emails without your explicit consent to do so. Can I still get paper bills?

When you switch to an online account we'll automatically send your bills via email, not in the post.

Can I print my bill as proof of my address?

Yes. Your bills will appear exactly the same as if we’d posted them to you. Just log into your online account and select ‘View Bills’ from the main dashboard. You can then view the bill you require in PDF format and print it off at home or work.

How long does it takes to set up an online account?

It should take no more than a few minutes to set up your online account. Simply enter your account number and postcode here, then wait for an email with a confirmation link in it to set up your password.

I’ve used the forgotten username/password link and I’ve not received a reset email?

Please check your Junk/Spam folder and ensure that you are using the email address that you registered with.

I’m trying to finish my registration and set a password but it’s not being accepted?

Please make sure your password meets our minimum requirements by having at least one upper and lower case letter, one number & one special character and the password needs to be at least 8 characters minimum.

I’m trying to log in to my My Account but my details are not recognised?

Please make sure you have registered for our paperless My Account service by visiting our page & completing our registration process. Alternatively if already registered please use the – forgotten password link on our log-in screen.

Having trouble viewing your My Account when you log in?

If you’re trying to login on a work device, have you tried this on other devices instead such as your personal laptop/PC/tablet or mobile? Some work ones may have security features blocking you from doing this.
