Our partnership

Groundwork(opens in a new tab) is a federation of charities mobilising practical community action on poverty and the environment across the UK.

As part of our ongoing work to protect and enhance our environment for the next generation, South East Water have partnered with environmental charity Groundwork, to help our customers save water, and money, in their homes.

Groundwork's expert advisors will be making visits to a number of our customers' homes over the summer, to help you make simple swaps in your home to save water and money.

Who will contact me?

Our partnership with Groundwork means we have shared the contact details of eligible customers with the charity, with permissions to contact you. Sharing of this data is fully compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Groundwork's expert advisors will be phoning you directly throughout the summer, to arrange a time to pop round to advise on saving water in your home.

When will they visit?

Groundwork's expert advisors will visit you by pre-arranged appointment only, at a time and date that is most suitable for you. This will be arranged with you in the inital telephone call.

Groundwork will not turn up unannouced without prior appointment, and will not contact you through other means such as post or email.
