What is a water-saving home visit?

A water-saving home visit is a free, in-person appointment where one of our professional Waterlink plumbers(opens in a new tab) will come to your property and carry out a hands-on assessment of how your home uses water.

Our visits are designed to help you reduce your water usage, lower your bills and protect the environment.

In less than an hour, our plumber will:

  • Assess your home: Review your current water fittings to see where water is being used most.
  • Fix hidden problems: Check for and repair minor, silent leaks (like a dripping toilet) that can waste hundreds of litres of water a day without you knowing.
  • Install free upgrades: Fit suitable water-saving devices directly into your home, free of charge.
  • Provide expert advice: Give you personalised recommendations and tips to help your home run as efficiently as possible.
