This research set-out to establish a comprehensive baseline of customer sentiment, capturing views on both Broad Oak Water, the new reservoir proposed north of Canterbury, and South East Water.
By measuring key metrics such as satisfaction, perceived value for money, and broader emotional and engagement responses, the research provides insight into how customers feel about South East Water and its long-term initiatives.
This baseline will allow us to track changes in customer sentiment over time as Broad Oak Water progresses. In addition, the research explores how customers anticipate using any future leisure or educational facilities at the site, as well as the benefits they expect these amenities to provide, helping to inform planning and engagement decisions.
