South East Water commissioned Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) to explore disabled and older customers’ understanding and experiences of water efficiency and drought, as well as their water and communication needs as related to their health or disability.
It also looks at the acceptability of special concessions for water use, and the need for tailored communication based on individual needs, such as medical requirements.
